2005 17.6FT Sailing Boat Alluminium Hull with Brand New Sails and Outboard Motor

The boat measures 17.6FT long and my father bought it off a pilot who never used the boat and my father only ever used the boat for 3 months in 2007 as can be seen from the sticker.I believe the boat was new in 2005 not sure of the makeMy father changed the cables on the fully galvanized trailer and have taken a picture of the trailer identification plate.The cabin is good inside and can sleep up to 4 people at a push two either side and two in the frontThe keel is retractable and the boat has the rudder.The winches and all the fittings are stainless steel and are good however the wires need changing.There is an anchor life jackerts and lots other itemsThe boat has a cooker stand that pulls out and has never been used not sure uf there is a cookerThe boat also comes with an outboard motor make Tohatsu not sure it is either a 2.5 or a 3.5 `hp and a brand new garmin fish finder never used.The sails are brand new and have never been used The Jenny and cover are there and the main sail and all the eyes are good with only a stlight stain on the jenny nothing serioius.Person buying the boat will have to collect and any inspection welcome.
