Together with a number of other sales that my parents did not use. There is a split charge system. Hopefully some solar panels and a control for engine charging. The engine is free and in good condition. A calorifier is built in to the engine for hot water there is a Chiller again run off the engine via a refrigerant pump. My parents sailed from Greece to France a number of years ago and have left the boat as a base for exploring around southern France. Fees are considerably less than £2000 per annum it depends on the euro to pound. how much exactly but usually around £1700. It is paid until the end of August. Last years fee was £1489.17 the fee includes one launch in that price. The yard is pleasant and clean. With Showers and electric to do repairs etc. I will be traveling down in mid July to take more pictures and to make sure all is how it was left.
