Tuffy Boats by Formex Inc. made in Wisconsin :: not sure on the year, guessing 1980 but NO IDEA.  It's rated up to 20hp (no outboard is included), 700 lbs load, up to four people.  It is a fiberglass tri hull type - great boat for getting across shallow water, super stable can stand on deck and have a great view of the water and be able to cast without feeling tippy.  Setup as 2 person fishing boat with swivel seats, oars, anchors and rod holders included as pictured.I haven't used the boat for 2 years, the motor locked up and I sold that separate, was thinking of putting a trolling motor on as this is a lightweight boat and it doesn't take a lot of HP to cruise - decided to sell instead.The boat is in nice shape for it's age, it has paint off where it loads onto the trailer and the steel part around where the motor mounts has rust but it's never leaked a bit or taken serious damage.  It has a bunch of pine needles inside it from being stored outside for awhile, but it generally is stored inside.  The trailer too is in nice shape, though the tires are very weather-checked and should be replaced soon.  They hold air, one has a slow leak (several days), there is a spare that looks good, get it home and get new tires ordered for it (cheap).Check on the map where Minong, WI and decide if you will make the trip before bidding.  I will accept only cash in person.  Send me an e-mail for any questions I respond quickly.  The boat is registered under my name, I can offer a bill of sale if requested beforehand I don't think my state requires much for boats as far as titles etc., also trailers this size don't have to be titled in my state, so bill of sale is what I will offer if requested.
