Any inspection (survey) welcome and please contact with any questions you may have.Extensively renovated over the last 12 months and some of the bits I have not mentioned above are:The sole of the boat (floor) has been completely replaced and re-laminated to the hull, beautiful and professional job done.New engine, starter battery + 2 x leisure battery's on split circuit.Interior upholstery is in lovely condition with no rips or tears.The beautiful and tranquil mooring is paid in full up until 1 April 2017 and is fully transferable to the new owner at no cost. In the grounds of a historic old rectory. I am staying here myself but am buying a bigger boat on a different mooring. There is 230v power and fresh water available on the mooring and is a beautiful part of the cotswolds, being 3.5 miles from Tewkesbury and just 5 miles from Cheltenham racecourse and a small cruise to Evesham or Pershore.The Avon river trust license is paid up until Jan 2017 and safety certificate until 2018. There are two very nice pubs in the village, one serving very good food.There is nearby a small convenience store and post office just 3 mins walk away.All in all this is a turn key boat, with nothing to do just turn and start your holiday. I spent 18 months looking for the right boat to restore and this paid dividends in the finished result. So, don't take my word for it come and have a look yourself.
