The hull material is fiberglass, the rigging is sloop, with a shoal draft double keel.Work done in 2014;1) All new windows2) 3 new bronze seacocks & hoses.3) Oak rubbing strakes4) New pain & varnish inside & out.5) Anti-fouled6) New Roller furling jib, with small jib.Work has commenced on the interior, (see photos) & needs finishing off in your own style.Mainsail is in sound condition,with Aluminium mast & boom, stainless steel standing rigging. New main halyard in 2014. 1 CQR anchor & chain, fisherman's anchor & 3 fenders. Pushpit fitted, pulpit & stanchions not fitted, but go with the sale. No trailer , but Yamaha Malta outboard (full service late last year) & inflatable dinghy go with sale. The boat is in Plymouth Yacht Haven, with mooring fees until the end of June 2016. These will not be renewed, hence quick sale price.
