The boat is sold as seen and prior viewing is welcome by arrangement. We are offering to lift this boat free of charge onto your transport for your convenience.
-------Galion 28 Fin keelLOA: 27' 11"Beam: 9'LWL: 22' 8"Draft 4' 7"Designed by Ian Hannay and built by Robert Ives in Lymington. Built 1970.GRP Hull and superstructure. Cast Iron fin keel. Round bilge. Mahogany/Marine plywood interior.Tiller steering.Bermudian sloop rig with proctor alloy spars. 1x 19 s/s standing rigging, Polyester running rigging. Slab and roller mainsail reefing. Plastimo system on headsail. Sleeps 6 in one double and four singles in two cabins. Calor gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill. Sink. Heads compartment. Headroom 6ft 2". Boat originally had a Volvo Penta MD11 15hp diesel installed. ------No engine is included in sale. Keel is removed from vessel. This is a project for someone but will be a fantastic family boat once completed. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate in contacting us. Boat must be removed by 31st July, storage will accrue for anytime after this. Wining bidder must make contact within 24 hours it will then be offered to next highest bidder. CASH ON COLLECTION ONLY.
