Lovely little 14ft Day Boat.selling as 90%finished. i was restoring this boat as a surprise gift for my father but unfortunately due to ill health and the plan not being practical anymore i am selling.you will see from the pictures, i have completely stripped the boat down and replaced everything for new. i constructed a complete new floor and DPM and resealed the hull and pored new boat hull flotation foam (long job and hard work and very expensive). i have built inside cabin seating with storage and new cabin bulk board. on the out deck i have cladded the sides and built rear seating with storage. all wood used has been fully treated with anti rot treatment and then painted. the boat has been fully paint stripped and sanded down and re-coated with 3 x layers or proper boat primer and then painted with 5 x coats of Oxford blue boat paint, all sprayed and its an ok job but im no professional. the engine on the back is a 50hp Yamaha (electric key start) which does start and run but could do with some setting up as when we test floated it in a near by fishing reservoir (only 7 months ago) it didn't quite go into reverse but like i said i know absolutely nothing about engines, it pumped water perfectly like i looked up on the internet they should do and it powered the boat around the reservoir like a speed boat. (i would say that perhaps this engine is a little bit big and powerful for this boat). i would have probably swapped it out for a 20hp if i was going to finish it off.i have also replaced all the perspex windows and there rubbers (What a job that was) and also fitted brand new bumper rubber all round the boat (could beleive how exspensive that stuff is.  things to finish off the boat are not a lot, Navigation light needed and any other electrics you may want to put in, may be some counter weight up front needed as when we took it on the reservoir the front came out of the water a bit when speed was increased (but like i said i think thats more to do with the size of the engine on the back, bit big for this boat really). i didn't touch the outer hull of the boat as it was good, bit dirty and marked but no cracks or holes and as that bit sits in the water you cant see it anyway. the boat has been sat under a tarp sheet al winter and will need a bit of a clean it is all still as pictures show as i took the actual sale pictures yesterday. the other pictures are to show and prove the work i have done to the boat. i have spent £3000 + on this restoration so its well worth the price im asking, i didn't start building this boat for profit, it was more for the enjoyment and experience and a gift for my dad but unfortunately some plans change with illness. The trailer is solid as the trailer i got the boat on was rotten so i brought this one from a friend of a family who also kindly adapted it for this boat  as originally this trailer held a big sailing yacht (winch will need attention but its only a winding mechanism). please dont try and bit be silly money as im already selling it at a much lower price that its worth. cash on collection, must be collected as i know longer have a car with tow bar. sensible offers welcome  re-listed due to time waster. Reduced price as need it gone in next 3 days. Sensible offers will are welcome. I have lowered price for the final time and if not sold I will put it in storage. This is a steel of a buy as trailer and engine are worth more than I'm asking and the boat is worth twice that. must be collected this week end  reserve has been removed, happy bidding. Only bid if you can collect with 48hours of end of auction as if not sold I have arranged for it to go into storage on Wednesday.
