Our client wants a quick sale on this nice, fully equipped yacht so she is to be sold with a VERY low reserve.Details as supplied by our client :- Very well equipped, sturdy, pocket cruiser. Very good condition for the year. Many recent upgrades and enhancements. ready to sail.The engine was rebuilt/refurbished during the winter of 2013 and has been regularly serviced since. It starts extremely reliably. There is a 50w solar panel and controller (new 2015), and one starter battery and one leisure battery. There is a 12v power socket. There is a main power socket and extension cable.There is a Raymarine st1000 tiller pilot. There is a 30L Fuel tank and a 10L fuel can The Running rigging was replaced and the woodwork refinished professionally.in 2013. The Sacrificial strip on the furling genoa, sail cover and cockpit dodgers were new in 2014. The mainsail is in good condition.Included,are an orange cruising chute, with snuffer and a spare foresail. An additional cockpit/transom seat was added in 2014. The Garmin 421s SatNav was was added in 2014 with full UK maps,tidal information and fish finder/depth transducer located at the stern.There is one 100L water tank attached to the galley sink and another 25L tank, connected to the heads sink.The fore-peak contains a double berth with a centre infill. There are two other single berths The galley contains a two-burner hob with oven and grill in full working order. There is a gas-bottle locker within one of the cockpit lockers and another spare bottle in the other side. There is one manual bilge pump and one automatic bilge pump with float switch, new in 2015.
