Hobie 14' Cat Sailboat. Please take a look at all the photos! This is a great deal!
We have really enjoyed sailing this well-loved, beautiful, fast, 14' Hobie Cat, but are now retiring from sailing and would like to find a new home for it. We bought this amazing sailboat in 1979 and have sailed it on the same fresh water lake ever since. We re the original owners. If you've never tried a Hobie, it's time you did! There's nothing like the feeling of leaning out on one hull as it flies across the water with the wind in your hair! Summer is here and it's time to get out on the lake! It would be a great boat for an individual, couple or family.As you see from the photos this sailboat does show some normal wear-and-tear, but basically is still in good shape and has been very well cared for. One hull was scraped but has been repaired successfully with fiberglass. The sail is in almost perfect shape, except for two very small places that have been repaired. The batons are all intact. It comes with tough ropes tied under the trampoline, to use to right the boat in case of capsize. All the main parts are original, except for the lacing on the trampoline which has been replaced by tougher lacing material. There is a short paddle that is included with this sailboat. Please see the details in the photos.Shipping: This Hobie Cat does not come with a trailer, but a local delivery option is available. (in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area).
