This is a full package. I am the second owner. This boat and trailer have always been stored indoors. 1985 racer that sleeps 4. There is a full compliment of North Sails: 2 main sails fully serviced (1 racing, 1 cruising), storm jib, 100% jib, 110% jib, 130% mylar genoa, 135% mylar genoa, asymmetric spinnaker. Faired rudder and keel. Boom vang. Back stay adjuster. Cunningham. Tiller extender. Jiffy reefing. Brand new sail cover and matching tiller cover. Boarding ladder. Cabin and running lights all work. Depth, speed, wind. Dual axle trailer with brakes. Full set of interior cushions in excellent condition. GARMIN depth, speed, wind. The mast top wind sensor is wireless and the battery is solar powered. The trailer is a 2014 Sea Lion SE 22T-4800BE dual axle trailer with brakes. The outboard motor is included and is a marina maintained Johnson 6hp outboard with gas tank. Mooring ball. Inflatable dingy. Numerous lines, bumbers, anchors, boat hook. Too many extras to list.

There is additional fixed ballast in the hull. The trailer has approximately 100 miles on it. It weighs 1005lbs. The brakes work. This provides a great deal of safety when on the road. The trailer is rated to hold 4800lbs. The rollers are non-marking. The boat is VERY fast (PHRF 210) and extremely stable. It points very high which makes racing and getting to where you want to go a breeze. Bringing the main sheet traveler to windward really helps with pointing. Every sail adjustment that you need is included to push the boat to maximum speed and to become a better sailor.
