Water resistant rating is IP65. Large LCD display with back-light. This meter displays RPM automatically when engine is running and shows HOURS when engine is off (99,999 max hours) Easy installation, no power or ground required, just wrap the black wire around a spark plug cable and secure with cable ties. Engine MAINTENANCE reminder feature is programmable from 2 to 200 hrs The unit has 0.5 sec rpm refresh rate. Max rpm 20,000, max RPM recall and rpm alert. Non resettable TOTAL hours. Replaceable battery.
