For Sale 22ft Classic Clinker Motor Cruiser 'Daisy May'I have owned Daisy May for the last 10 years, and bought it in the condition seen in the last two pictures.Since buying Daisy May, as you can tell from the pictures, a lot of hard work, sweat and tears have gone into restoring this boat to the condition it is in today.'Daisy May' was designed by John Leather and built by Cyril White of Brightlingsea and is a two berth boat powered by a Volvo penta MD11c 2 cylinder diesel engine. Over the last 10 years the boat and been restored, a new wheelhouse built featuring new laminated windows, the interior being rebuilt to include two berths and a toilet compartment. The interior also includes a solid fuel stove, single burner cooker, and sink with pumped cold water.The wheelhouse includes a Garmin colour fish finder, a Garmin hand held GPS and a compass. The outside of the wheelhouse has LED navigation lights and a freshly painted deck.
Daisy May has just been painted and antifouled with hempel paints throughout, as seen in the pictures. This boat has been used a lot of the last 10 years including regular fishing trips, general motoring down the Thames and for family days out.
