Class:
Description Condition: Used Year: 1979 Use: Fresh Water Make: Catalina Engine Type: Single Outboard Hull Material: Fiberglass Engine Make: Volvo Penta Type 140 Rigging: Sloop, Cutter Primary Fuel Type: Gas Keel: Swing Fuel Capacity: 1 - 5 Gallons Trailer: Not Included For Sale By: Private Seller
One-owner, purchased boat in July 1979. Located at Ross Barnett Reservoir in Jackson, Mississippi. (Coordinates: 32°25'10.1"N 90°05'22.0"W) Kept in / sailed in fresh water. I do not have a trailer, but the boat can be easily trailered, as it weighs about 2000 pounds. Buyer must pick boat up at ramp, I will assist in loading onto trailer.
I raced the boat in local club for several years, then used very infrequently, but kept it thinking I'll use it more when I retire. Now I have other interests, and I'm ready to let it go. The exterior and interior are clean and generally in decent shape. It's missing the rudder, either it was stolen or came out during a storm while tied to the dock. I have the engine manual, although parts are hard to find.
