Pearson 35 in very good condition and ready to sail. Hull is perfectly sound and deck is solid (not "wet" as is common on older boats). Repowered in 2001 with new Yanmar diesel inboard which has seen only light use since then. Head was replaced new last year. Sails are overall in good condition with mainsail bag needing minor repair. Will provide recent accredited marine survey report to serious buyers which shows appraised value at $20,000. Last sale was for $22,500 in 2011. Has CNG system and stove for cooking. Windspeed/direction indicator doesn't always work, but all important systems needed for sailing work fine. We sailed all over Long Island Sound for several years with no issues. Selling because we are into other hobbies and would like a smaller boat. Will include lots of useful things such as deck cusions, fire extinguishers, tools, radio, etc at no extra charge.
