Here we have a rare opportunity to get a superb Cruisers International 224 Holiday Power Boat.
The boat runs superbly as it should.
The cockpit has a five-person rear bench and a double helm seat
Down in the cabin you have good headroom and light.
The galley comes with a twin gas hob, sink and small fridge.
Opposite is a small heads compartment with toilet and shower. The forward berth doubles up as a seating/eating area and the boat benefits from a second double berth under the cockpit.
At the bow an American-style 'beak' houses the anchor and the stern has a diving board.
The fresh water system has a slight leak, it has been drained but hasn't been looked at.We are selling this because it is not used.It is moored in idyllic Richmond and Twickenham riverside location, just minutes from Marble Hill House on the North bank and Ham House on the South bank.
The moorings benefit from a pontoon which you can walk to from the bank so there is no need to row out to your boat.
For just an extra 10% of the final price, you can have the moorings with the boat.
A deposit of £500 must be paid via bank transfer within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
The remaining balance to be paid within 5 days from the close of sale.We will be on location filming during the auction, so it is highly unlikely we will be able to answer any of your questions.
If our secretary can help you in anyway though, she will certainly try.We will not accept any silly offers or disclose the reserve.
If you have less than 15 positive feedback, please message us before bidding otherwise your bid will be removed.
