Make: Baja

This is a boat I bought at an impound auction last month and I started working on it but plans have changed and I need to sell it. I do have a clear title for both the boat and trailer. I am willing to sell just the boat and keep the trailer if the buyer wants that. But for now the auction is for both boat and trailer.Engine is 330HP Big Block Chevy fuel injected with a Bravo outdrive that was supposed to be rebuilt and it does look like it has new U joints. I dont have the prop....No Prop is included!
The first few pics are from the day I bought it. Since then I have installed 2 brand new Dexter torsion axles and 4 new wheels/tires on the trailer with zero miles.  Since taking the first few pics I have also removed the engine cover as the upholstery was torn and I was going to get it redone. I started the engine and it ran good, no smoke or knocks when I bought it but I didnt let it run long as I didnt have it hooked up to water. The next weekend I put a flush hose on it and found out that the manifolds were leaking so I pulled the engine to start a freshen up of what was there or maybe build a higher horsepower motor depending how it went. The Stainless Marine High Performance exhaust manifolds i found to be no good and one of them I had to destroy to get it off the head as it corroded really bad on the studs. I still have them and they are included but exhaust manifolds are no good. Stainless Marine in Miami sells them for $900 each but I was considering just going back to stock Mercruiser which is alot less if I didnt soup the engine up. As I started working on the boat I found alot of other things that needed attention and right now I am unable to continue as Im running out of funds and time....actually more time than funds. As far as the engine that was in it I planned on dissasembling and taking the engine down to the shortblock and was going to regasket it, put a cam in it and have the heads redone but that did not happen yet. Engine is still all together and sitting on a pallet. Right now the project is stalled and the engine is still intact as it was pulled. This project is not something I thought would be this much work when I bought it as it did run and I really dont have the time or space to complete it now that its this far apart. With the boat you get the trailer with the new axles and tires as shown ( just spent $1200 on them alone! ). Trailer lights are gone and it does not have lights on it now.I have a brand new $200 boat cover still in the box never used that goes with it. I also have a new bilge blower fan kit and ducting.Interior isnt that bad...both front seats are ripped but are still usable. The engine hatch is torn and needs to be recovered..was quoted $400-800 at a few different shops. There are a few other minor interior fixes that need to be done like the grab handles replaced and a few misc trim items. This is a project boat so expect to have things to repair and fix along the way. Its not really that bad and a great boat if someone had some time to tinker with it.Please remember this is a project boat and is not running at this time. Being sold as is no guarentees. Batteries in pictures are not included.Florida title is clear and has no leins or issues. I do have ignition key too.Boat is able to be seen in Clearwater Fl 33765 by appt. Just call me 7273869009. Please call back if I dont answer.
I am open to offers but not desperate. I will keep it if it doesnt bring what I have in it.
