My Polaris Virage up for auction.57 hours.Approximately 8 hours since rebuild.Completely Rebuilt including new crank bearings and seals. New pistons and rings and a fresh rebore.Brand new gen3 ignition system stator, cdi and coil.Removed the reverse.Pre mix.Brand new Battery.Owned this ski for 7 years and its been great.Selling as i own another ski as well and cant keep both.Those that know of polaris, know the problems with previous versions of this ignition system however with the gen3 these problems were resolved and what we have is a reliable long life ignition system.The red "Domestic" engines are bulletproof to a degree providing they are cared for.i managed to source and fit a complete brand new gen3 update kit and the result is obvious, it starts on the button every time without fail and pulls well for a 95hp engine in a 3 seater ski.so to sum up, all the work is done, you have years of trouble free skiing providing you treat the ski with the care they need.The Bare engine alone is worth £600 and the ignition is worth just as much again.Will go to the highest bidder.It comes on a bunker trailer that had new bearings last year and tows fine.Any questions please ask, Can happily show it running on the hose, i am landlocked so cant show it in water i am afraid.cash on collection or direct transfer before ski is removed.
On 19-Jul-16 at 22:11:02 BST, seller added the following information:just want to add that there is repaired damage from the previous owner, its on the left hand side directly under the seat, can just about be seen in the pics. There is a piece of white vinyl covering it. its a long way above the water line, its water proof and has zero effect on the ski at all, neither has it bothered me at all. just want to be honest.
