Hull intact, (needs finishing off sand back and a new zinc anode. )Rudder operated by wooden tiller which just been repainted as too have the floorboards in the cockpit.Really roomy cockpit and all lines lead back to cockpit to allow for short handed sailing. My work is taking me abroad so need to sell.Now the down bit! Engine needs work. Seized valves. Taken appart by engineer just before I bought her. Chandlery and marine repair specialists all nearby if need advice. The storage in the yard could be transferred to you so no hurry for you to collect.  Water and power in yard.Although it's in a cradle rented from the yard at present and this again can be transferred over to new owner.The yard also has a crane and slipway to allow launch and v friendly marina here.With the mast down it makes it easier to transport too.Lovely family boat.
