Hot water via gas heater system. Shower. New props and legs serviced April 2016 New canopy and window covers March 2016. New fresh water filters, Isolator switch / battery cables/battery/fuse box March 2016. New helm, steering wheel, cable, hot water boiler and night heater fitted April, 2016 Antifouled April, 2016 Engine Serviced March 2016 Accommodation: Memphis Blues is a lovely example of this popular cruiser. She benefits from a large cockpit with full seating across the stern, helm to port and a single navigators seat t0 Stb. (Engine access is beneath). Memphis Blues was re-engined approx. 2008 and upgraded to the 200hp AQAD41-A with duo prop. Access to the main cabin is through the centre door. You step down in to the full head height cabin with the galley port side. It is fitted with a Plastimo Neptune cooker, having two burners, oven and grill. Sink with hot and cold water (hot water via Paloma gas heater, new 2016). There is also a fridge, ample work surface and storage. Opposite is the shower and toilet compartment with portaloo, hand basin and shower. There is a large dinette which converts to a double berth with more seating/single berth opposite. The private FWD cabin is a 'V' berth and converts to another double berth. There is also stowage beneath and a wardrobe. Inventory: 240v shore support, battery charger/RCD unit, TV, DVD player, Radio, New Eberspacher heating. Nav: Navigation lights, Clipper speed log, Clipper depth sounder, Icom DSC VHF, Compass and Clock.
