Yeoman 21 cabin cruiser with 15 HP outboard for sale.  My wife and I had a daughter two years ago and another a month ago.  As a result, we haven't used it enough for some time now.  Much time and effort spent renovating / improving it a few years ago (re-painted, new windows, engine service, updated interior, new ropes and fenders etc.) however due to my lack of attention recently a leak on the topsides has allowed water into the cabin and in turn this has damaged the floor and carpet - I've included a picture.  It isn't a difficult or particularly expensive job to put right (take up the floor, bail and replace as well as re-sealing the offending leak!) but I just don't have the time.  If you aren't up for a bit of work (or paying somebody else to do it - plenty of willing people available nearby!), save yourself the trip.  Hence why I am selling the boat at such a low price (the outboard alone is worth around £400).  It had its boat safety cert last year and its river licence runs out at the end of July.  The boat is currently moored at Barbridge Marina near Nantwich.  I have so much information about this boat that I could write a short novel here, so if you have any questions, please ask over email (I'll send you my mobile number and we can discuss over the phone if you prefer).  As with anything of this nature, I think it is essential that you view the boat before buying.  Payment by cash, cheque or money transfer (boat will only be released once funds have cleared).
