Oars... Boat cover... I have only taken the boat out once since it has been put back together. It sailed great, nice little boat. The online manual states it takes about 15 min to put up the mast, rigging and be under way but my best time is about 30 min. It can be done by yourself but with two people it was much faster and easier. I took it out using only the oars, (no motor), it was maneuverable but rowing into the wind took some muscle.
