De Havilland trojan 22 foot plus pod. Boat had a bare hull rebuild about 3 years ago. Sandblasted in and out, new treadplate floor, new engine, gauges and electrics. Good safe boat, self draining deck, foam underfloor, 2 bilge pumps on float switch. 2 batteries. 2 fuel tanks, 80 and 120 litres, on separate gauges, and 40 litres water underfloor with a pressure sensitive pump to the cab. Fillers on gunnel. Has deck wash, and dive ladder one side, step for getting in from rear when on trailer on other side, both flip up when going. Transom doors both sides. Has a sounder/gps was about $800. and a marine radio.Engine is 2010 yamaha 150 with 1090 hours, runs well, no issues. Motor and gauges (third one is fuel usage gauge) bought second hand from port phillip boating centre couple years ago for $11000 cruises nicely at 40 to 45k, flat out at about 68k Have had 6 people in it with 2 wakeboards behind, with no probs. Gets up and planes quick.Tilt trailer was rebuilt at same time, new wheels, tires, hubs and frame all re galvanised, all suspension is greasable pins and nylon bushes, first few keel rollers are greasable, and trailer is set up to fit the boat, so you can nose it up and it centres the nose for an easy drive on. Have never had to use the (electric) winch more than a foot. Trailer has cable activated discs on the front axle, and axles are load sharing. trailer weighs 560 kilos, and boat is pretty light for its size and tows nicely. I was towing with an older hilux and it did the job.Inside cab is bunk for a couple and storage on other side. Storage under bunk. Not flash looking, no paint, (to trap corrosion) but a great boat, econimical, and roomy. Good fishing or diving. Canopy zips and press studs to screen with a little cutout for if its wet.Located Carrum Downs, Chris 0408000366
