2003 Bayliner 205 4.3L V6 Petrol MPI Bowrider SpeedboatHere we have a 2003 Bayliner Bowrider 205 with a 4.3L V6 MPI petrol sterndrive engine.
195hp and a top speed of 50mph (43kts)Boat is 20ft x 8ft. 8 seater.This boat would be perfect for a loch or a lake and designed to pull water skis.Can be shown running as I have ear muffs and water hose. Ear muffs will be supplied with the boat. I have owned this boat for 3 years now.
I have kept it in the sea in a marina for the last 2 years but has been maintained and looked after and flushed through with fresh water regularly.
Selling as I only used it once last year and with mooring fees and maintenance costs etc there is no justification for me to keep her and I really don't have any time at all It starts first time with no problems.
It has just had a new starter motor, new battery (Numax), distributer and rotor, and also a new Michigan vortex propellor.
It has over a quarter of a tank of fuel. Tank size is 40 gallon. I have been giving her a good pressure wash and scrub today but will be continuing cleaning over the next couple of days. Just a Hoover inside and outside to be washed and bottom of hull re anti fouling.
There are few odd marks on the leather so will try and get as much out over the next couple of days.
Over the next couple of days I will also be cleaning the sterndrive and re antifouling the hull. It was antifouled last year but had the hull washed down when I had it lifted out the water 2 months ago. So will give it another couple of coats.The boat comes with a new never used sunbrella cockpit cover tailer made for this boat. This does not have the press studs installed yet but will be supplied. It also has the bow cover but unfortunately this is too small and guessing it was for the bayliner 175. There are 2 support poles for these.
It does also come with a trailer cover but this is only a cheap £25 eBay one. It also comes with the following.Bayliner bag with mercruiser engine manual and power boat manual.
3 x fenders
1 inflatable Life jacket and 2 life vests
New oil filter plus 4litre unopened oil, fuel filter and serpentine belt.
Trailer light bar with adapter
Ear muffs
New Gauges last year
Rear light post
Stereo / CD player
Auto bilge - float switch
Anchor rope and chain. Needs a new anchor.
Mooring LinesTrailer is a SBS single axle trailer. Brakes have been removed due to brake lines corroding awayWheel bearings was replaced last year. checked recently and still immaculate with no play.
There is a small dent towards the front of the trailer. Shown in picture. This doesn't effect the trailer or its operation. The ratchet system on the front works and locks perfect I just secured it with rope as an extra security. I also have 2 ratchet straps to secure boat to trailer for transportation as well.I have tried to be as honest as I can with this listing but if I have missed anything please don't hesitate to ask.
