This is a Sunray 21, Serial number 001. It is an excellent sailer, having personally sailed her in 3 metre waves off Mull and the boat coped really well.  She is unusual having an 8 foot beam and 5 foot 10 inches standing room under the hatch in the cabin. It is a 4 berth, (although you would have to know one another quite well). It is a bilge keel and can therefore be beached easily if required. It has a separate toilet compartment, although small, is usable. It is fitted with LED lighting in the cabin, over cooker, toilet and V-berth. It is fitted with shore 240 volt. It has a two burner and hob cooker and 12 volt pumped fresh water into a small sink. It is lined in the cabin and V-berth. There is ample storage behind the 4 steps into the cabin and in the two cockpit lockers. It is a self draining cockpit.  It comes complete with two sets of sails, both in good condition and a spinnaker pole.  The trailer is an RM 4 wheel, braked trailer, purpose built for this boat.  It has a locking hitch. It also has a spare wheel with a brand new tyre fitted. The boat has recently been almost completely refurbished including re-wiring. It comes with a 12 volt battery. The refurbishing included anti-fouling.  The instruments consist of a Garmin, navigator, fish finder with depth and sea temperature readings, a NASA depth sounder, a DSC radio and a horn.  It has a traveller and car to control the boom. The upholstery is usable but does have repaired tears. There is a 4 berth dinette which easily converts to a double bed. There is a hatch in the V-berth and a chain locker.  There is a plough anchor with 100 feet of chain that comes with the boat. The boat is dry inside with no mould. There is an outboard engine bracket fitted. It has 3 fenders and 2 mooring ropes. All you need to take it away and go sailing is a calor gas bottle, your own number plate, a dinghy and an outboard for safety.Cash on collection preferred but PayPal is acceptable.
