Up for auction is a 1992 20' pontoon boat with correct 1992 Load Rite trailer, 40HP Mercury outboard and 54lb thrust remote control trolling motor. Includes the following, full boat cover, motor cover, cockpit cover, bimini top, porta potty with built in privacy enclosure, fish finder, docking lights, ice box, sink, stereo, live well with circulating pump, moveable table, hand held spot light, life jackets, boat hook, anchor with rope, docking lines, fenders, fire extinguisher and muffs to flush outboard. The tires on the trailer have some dry rot, but there are four brand new mounted tires and wheels that have never been put on included. The spare tire also looks new. The boat cover and bimini are only about three years old and in good condition. This boat was used only in fresh water. The last use was in the fall of 2015. The boat and trailer have PA. titles. Due to the passing of the owner, the trailer title is in the process of being transferred, but should be back by the end of auction.
Now for the bad. As this was my brothers boat, I can only describe it from my 2nd hand knowledge, but he was still using it and as far as I know everything was working as it should. The battery for the outboard is dead from sitting. It may charge up and be good or it may need to be replaced. The battery for the trolling motor may be dead but should still be good. The seams on some of the cushions are coming apart and should be resewn as shown in the pictures. The carpet has holes and should be replaced. The fishing seat that goes on the post in front of the railing needs to be replaced. There is a bad spot in the floor that is about 6 or 8 inches round.
The boat is very usable in its present condition. It could be used this season as is and then be fixed up over the winter to have a very nice pontoon boat. The pontoons, railings, motors, trailer, top, controls and such, are all in good condition, just needs cosmetics.
I have described this as accurately as possible, but I will not be responsible for any errors because of it not being my boat.
