Zodiac Mk 5 Heavy Duty Inflatable BoatThis is a commercial specification inflatable built by Zodiac for the most demanding roles. It features the 'futura' hull design which, coupled with its extra wide beam provide it with excellent stability and a huge carrying capacity.Approx dimensions are:Carrying capacity: 15 persons or 2520 kgLength: 5.85mBeam: 2.48mMax Power: 1x115hp or 2x50hpThis particular example was used as a tender aboard an Antarctic cruise ship. It does have some patches as you'd expect from a boat of this type and age but it holds air well and has plenty of life left in it.Complete with aluminium main deck and two sets of heavy duty plywood foredecks - one brand new (pictured) and the other fitted with a large wooden storage box with hinged lid. Also fitted with four point lifting eyes and rubber deck matting.Currently sat on a yard trailer but this is not included as it's not roadworthy. Would ideally require a transit size van to collect and two pairs of hands.Excellent tough and seaworthy boat with lots of potential for work or play. I also have a factory refurbished ex-MoD Mariner 40hp 2 stroke tiller outboard available by separate negotiation.
