Here's what I had hoped to be a family fun venture, now I haven't the time, I've invested much $$, but I just do not have the time to take any boat to water. It's been a few years since I bought and had it worked, at this point, it's time to let someone with the time and desire take it forward. It has a Chevy 350 inboard, the engine was pulled and worked over, I can't quite recall everything that was done to it. It ran fine in the shop. I personally watched it start and idle on the water hose. It was winterized and has sat since. It has old gas in the tank, I pumped 5 - 6 gallons out, it ran in the shop on a portable tank. For whatever reason, perhaps they didn't want to get stuck with old gas, the shop mechanic told me to run it out. There is still gas in the tank. I couldn't get a good siphon on it so I was having to pump it out by squeezing the primer bulb constantly. Once pumped out, a can of SeaFoam or your choice of fuel system cleaner should be added to the first tank, let it idle on the water hose a good while before launching. I can't remember all the proper terms, but in the photos, there is an electric shifter that needs to be installed. Once these things are done, take it to the lake. Well if you have time. The trailer DOES NOT have brakes. There were once surge brakes, they don't work. I originally wanted to install electric brakes, again, no time. The year I got started on working on it, I did put new lights on the trailer as well as new wiring. It was a mess. I do have a brand new hand crank winch to put on it (I will put it on) as the electric winch doesn't work at all - it won't hold the boat on the trailer unless the handle is tied. I also have another hitch I can put on the tongue, but it's only rated for 3500 lbs. The trailer doesn't have a title, I didn't receive one when I got the boat.I did a cleaning job inside the cabin. Will need it again, but it was quite thorough. Besides wiping and vacuuming, I removed all the cushions, took the foam out, washed the covers in the laundry, air dried. I sprayed all the foam in Febreeze. While the battery was connected, I turned every light on, they all came on. There's a stereo/cassette player, I didn't try the tape, but the AM/FM worked. It will need a deep cycle battery, the battery on it is a cranking battery, all was hooked to it so I could check all the electricals out. Bilge pump works, new working tilt/trim. I'm not sure if the horn works. I didn't think to try it. It does have a bikini top, I had the zippers replaces. They are in the cabin.The boat was originally in New Jersey. I bought it in Tennessee. It was swapped around a bit at a dealer auction. The guy I bought it from was a car dealer, was looking to flip. I've done the bulk of the work to get it back on water. This boat doesn't need too much more. You will need a big 3/4 ton+ to pull it. It pulls well, but it is very heavy. Please do not bid and show up with a half ton truck/suv to pull it. You may not get home, and you won't stop it with your brakes.Please ask questions, I'm not promising anything. This is an as is deal as it was when I bought it. Please be patient on questions. I'm not chained to a smart device. I will check the listing morning and evening. I'll be working daily. This is local pick up only. I will have the boat pulled in my front lawn for easy pick up.
