History:  I purchased this boat in 1985 from the original owner. The boat has been kept on a boatlift at my home, engines and drives flushed and hull washed after each use. During hurricane season, the boat is stored in my warehouse.Engines: Built from new Mark IV 454 LS-6 base engines (described in Chevrolet Power Book); compression lowered to 9:1; heads replaced with Merlin Oval port; Inconel exhaust; Competition stainless roller rockers; new Isky springs; ported bowl and short side radius work on exhaust; Comp Cams roller camshafts; custom chrome moly push rods; Eddie Marine (please see note, below) performance exhaust with stainless pipes and mufflers; Edelbrock air gap manifolds, hard coat anodized; Holley 3310 carburetors; Mallory/Pertronix distributors; MSD #6 modulesTRS drives:  Rebuilt upper and lower housings, water passages welded closed (unnecessary with transom exhaust). In addition, I have TRS spares: new, complete upper gear case; (2) new, lower gear case housings; gaskets, small parts; all TRS tools and manuals; Bravo 1 propellersTransmissions: Borg-Warner performance transmissions, new 5 years ago, with large coolersHull condition/Fiberglass Upgrade: Deck bonded to hull; new transom with modern X-dimension; new stringers; gas tank removed, covered with fine cloth and epoxy; lifting ring fabricated from 316 L SS angle; Imron and clear coat hull (deck needs refinish); raised aluminum engine hatch (to accommodate raised X-dimension motors)Mechanical:  Mercruiser K-planes with 316 L SS transom plates; hydraulic steering and K-planes have high pressure Aeroquip lines and 316 L SS fittings; Mercruiser PS pump; exterior cylinders with 3/4" rams; SS rod end bearings; Aeroquip stainless gas lines; Char-Lyn steering helm; Fluxgate electronic compass with remote sender (because of Char-Lyn helm); RewiredCanvas Covers: Bimini top; cockpit cover; whole boat (mooring) coverTrailer: Quick-Load aluminum trailer; new SS brakes, axles, rear springsNOTE:  I have changed the exhaust, originally stated as "Stainless Marine performance exhaust" to "Eddie Marine performance exhaust."  I have two Wellcraft Scarabs for sale.
