This boat is ready to sail. Comes to me from a local auction.
I am a lifelong sailor - learned to sail on this type of boat in the 1970's - what fun!
Sailed it for shakedown last week - what fun!
I have rigged a new sail and sail rings - less than 30 days old.
Dagger-board and rudder are in good condition.
Rigging and wooden paddle included.
The hull / deck has dings and scratches - note bump on the bow / bow handle.
Bottom has bottom paint on it as shown.
I have reconditioned the trailer extensively.
Completely sanded, primed and painted the trailer.
New bearings, hubs, submersible lights, wiring and bearing buddies.
New pressure treated bunks with uhmw plastic for durability.
Very good tires - all ready to pass MD inspection.
Trailer comes with title signed by previous owner.
I have removed and stored the sail, dagger-board and rudder inside.
Boat is being stored outside on trailer - upside down.
Will deliver within reasonable radius from Cambridge, MD (Eastern Shore) for nominal fee.
Or free local pickup.
