Lema Gen 22ft (1999) A brilliant weekend family friendly boat. That Stands out from the crowds in this catorgery of cabin boat, it's very stylish and extremely well designed with a huge spec of extras that would normally be found on a much bigger boat.  It's just over 22ft in length and with a open cabin there's plenty of socialising space on deck (which makes a large closed in space when the camping Bimini is up). It has lots of storage lockers and a very clever sun bed that raps around the stern that also gives plenty of seating.  Below deck there's a large twin V berth that has been re upholstered and still in its protective covers.this area also doubles as a dinning area, And there's a perminate double bed for kids under the deck with pull curtains for prevacy and cabin lights.  There's a small galley with a preparation area and deep sink and pressured water. There's even a toilet cubical with electric masirating bowl. Like I said there's many extras. There's a powerful windlass with remote control, 12v deck Lights and cabin lights,twin batteries and isolation switch, there's a 240v shore power, depth sounder, VHF, sterio system, pressured water and deck shower, it has a nice swim platform and easy access swim ladder.   The engine is a Volvo Penta 4.3l. it's been very well looked after currently cover about 520hrs. It's been serviced and recently had new raiser, bellows and manifolds, the engine starts on the button and has been very reliable. The leg has duo stainless steel props and the boat has also been fitted with trim tabs that always give a level ride. The boat comes with a fully serviced twin axle SBS trailer. The trailer is in great condition. It had new brakes fitted and all bearings and tyres are in full working order.  This is a great boat that's very stylish and very fast.
