No this isn't a Duffy it is a real steam powered 20' 6" launch. All  solid brass deck hardware and correct antique navigation lamps. powder coated canopy frame covered with brass tubing, all dock lines, full zippered black Sunbrella cover, galvanized trailer, four life preservers, and diamond tufted leather seating.  Engine has about 40 hours total time since rebuilding and boiler has about 40 hours total time since new.  No steam license required due to low operating pressures.  Antique and modern fire extinguishers, and a bilge pump.
