FEELING;SAD TO BE SELLING MY DREAM; A SLEEK, MODERN STYLED 1987; 34 FT ;CHRIS CRAFT COMMANDER.. IN VERY CLEAN AND OPERABLE CONDITION....;STILL IN ITS SLIP IN NYC, BEAUTIFUL WORLDS FAIR MARINA -- JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM;CITI FIELD.. THIS IS A 33.3 FT BOAT-- 12'6 BEAM ..35 FT LOA. The former owner -deep sea fisherman owned it -babied it for 12 years,, used it only a few times for the last two years;just bought $3,000 worth of all new canvas for the entire boat- including a full sized cabin canvas,, only 3 yrs old. I bought it last november when he decided to give it up. ; been in the water for 18 month and starting to need a good bottom cleaning and bottom paint,...The boat has an upper and lower helm with two captains chairs; Engines are two;fully functional 340 merc cruisers inboards that are running fine ;.raw water cooled.. brass props, fire suppressant ;, horns ; cb radio, ; spot lights ;windless anchor, two refer-ac units, ...6.5 onan genset, grey water holding tank, ....50gal fresh water tank a 6 gal hot water tank.. , ;two; 100 gal gas tanks,,three bilge pumps and a ceramic tile salon floor. and a clean front berth..Also comes with a surround sound c-d stereo ;newer refer,, ship to shore, flat screen t.v, ;and an additional 110 volt a.c unit., & 6 life jackets. ;The interior and soft goods are very clean with no damage or tears But the gell coat however could use a nice buffing ...to make it glow like new.. ; THESE BOATS ARE SELLING FOR $18,000 TO $22,000 IN THE N.E .STATES AS PER "YACHTWORLD.COM". ....PLEASE CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELVES BEFORE BIDDING..
