It has the largest cockpit in its class, with a 9 1/2 foot beam, there is room for a large picnic table on the fishing deck. Its modified V-hull has serious fiberglass construction, it weighs 7,400 lbs on a certified scale. Hand layed lamination, while using quality marine grade resins, gel coats and fiberglass cloth, coupled with core instead of wood for coring and stringers systems, makes this boat built to last!In the last couple months $15,000 was spent on all new fishing gear. A custom aluminum fishing bar was fabricated to hold (4) Big John electric downriggers. Professionally wired with quick releases to remove them for storage. A new 25hp 4-stroke Mercury fuel injected kicker with panther mount and autosteer. The Raymarine ST70 Autopilot kicks butt, just set a course and let the boat drive itself, in any conditions! A depth raider will let you know the bait speed and temperature. A 10" Garmin Echomap 94 SV graph was installed at the helm. $15,000 have in receipts.This 270 has only had one owner since new. It has not been left in the water and was garage kept. It sits on a 2009 Shorelandr' aluminum tandem axle trailer in outstanding condition. The Goodyear Marathon tires are like new and the bearings have just been greased. This high quality trailer makes this boat easy to tow. The big 7.4 Liter V8 Mercruiser with Bravo 1 and stainless steel prop, pushes the boat nicely and idles smoothly, has only 218 hours. With a 140 gallon fuel tank, the cruising range is good enough to take you most places, without worrying about refueling. The original interior vinyl is in great condition, along with all the chrome and stainless steel. Keeping it in a garage makes the difference! Last year it had a new custom fisherman's top installed. It is very nice to have on foul days. The boat comes with a hummingbird depth chart and a VHF radio too. The cuddy cabin is large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. It has a head, which was never used (no funky odors either.)
