Nice little coastal sailing boat with accommodation for six. Bukh DV10 10hp inboard engine regularly serviced. Separate head with sea toilet. 10 gal stainless fuel tank and 20 gal water tank. Gas oven with hob and grill and log/depth/VHF/GPS/Flare pack. This is not a bilge keel boat. Needs anti-fouling and engine service (suspect water pump leaking). Sails in a usable condition.
