'Cirrus' is located in Bath Marina off the river Avon. Theses moorings are rare as any where in the South West. The wonderful city is a cycle, nearby park and ride or short drive away. I brought her down the Kennet and Avon from London and lived on her up until 2015. Very happy, very warm and quids in as the boat life is a cheaper living option even in a marina. Cheap electric and Lpg bottles lasting around 2 months for cooking. Free wifi too.My boat was built in 2008 to my own specifications. She is 45 foot long but it's the interior that's unique. The interior width is 2 metres and she has just over 2 metres head room. This gives you so much more room with out the cramped feel of a narrowboat. Despite the extra width your BWML mooring will be charged as a 6'10" narrowboat. I was paying around £3300 per annum. The engine room also is large enough to climb into for maintenance. The engine is a Barrus Shire 37bhp and has done around 120 hours. There is one starter and two domestic batteries. These run to an Inverter which powers the boat with 12 volts and 240 volts.Living area has a solid fuel stove, the whole boat is also heated via a Webasto heating system located in the engine room and powering radiators through out the boat. She is lined in a two inch layer of spray foam, behind all the wood work which keeps her extremely well insulated. The kitchen contains a LPG hob/oven and a 240 volt fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage including a floor to ceiling pull out pantry. The bathroom is roomy too 1.7m by 1.6m including a 1200mm shower tray with pumped shower, macerator toilet with holding tank and enough area to preen. The bedroom has a full size built in wardrobe with three draws and counter top. The fixed bed has a huge amount of under storage and is 190cm by 137 cm. with custom made mattress. The river licence is paid till May 2017 and the CofC .  What maintenance needs to be done?I have maintained 'Cirrus', had her engine serviced, had her out of the water to black (she has eight sacrificial anodes and a galvanatic isolator installed) but it is time for another blacking and all the exterior paint work needs updating. There are a couple of other small jobs that could be addressed. In all I think she needs around £5000 spending on her or you could cut down on costs buy doing the work yourself. Any other questions I will be honest and open. Please contact me to arrange a viewing - sensible offers will be considered. Payment terms to be agreed.
