I am selling my fantastic Legend as age and knee operation have finally taken their toll.
'BACARDI BREEZE' has been used by my family for excellent sailing and spacious 6 berth accommodation. Berthed in Cabo Roig marina (available if required, only 3000 euros p.a., free water and electricity, car parking and 24 hour security). The mooring fees are paid until November 2016Near to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.As mentioned electricity and water are included in mooring fees so using her for accommodation is a good way to live or holiday in Spain plus great fun afloat (no rates or electric bills etc.).She has a full canvas enclosure with Perspex Windows for the stern (like another room), for Marina use in winter.Central heating keeps the boat nice and warm.
