The owner has found the boat to be too much boat for him. It comes with solid set of sails,and a extra set, ss cb and good rudder. He had a bad day on the water and damaged the boat. Being of wood construction, covered with glass, all damage is easily repaired. The damage at the DB caused a very small leak at the board exit. I have sailed this rig and found it to be quick. The nice gray paint has peeled a bit, note the attached pictures. This is a nice opportunity to get a L-19 at a good price.  The boat comes with a Bill of Sale, the trailer comes with wv title,
