Great sailboat for sale in Engelhard, NC area marina with easy access to ICW. Has head, clothes/storage closet, sink in galley, wine glass holders in galley, built-in ice chest, cushions for all seats, sleeping for four, VHF radio, 10HP outboard engine, main and jib sail, cover for main sail while not in use, tiller, anchor, Lowrance Chartplotter (all equipment needed to sail). much of the interior of the sailboat was repainted in late 2011/early 2012 and the interior wood is in great shape but this sailboat has not been sailed since late 2012 due to health reasons.Buyer will be provided a bill of sale with statement of no liens on title. Pickup required by buyer or can keep at marina slip for $150/month.There is little information available on this sailboat because it is the first of three designs by Cal in the 1970's and the other two were more popular and more heavily manufactured. It is not the Cal 2-27 nor the Cal 2-27 Mark III, which are the two designs that followed this one. Only ~380 were manufactured, it is considered a racing boat, and this boat in particular had supposedly won many races back in the day in the Virginia area.
