Boat: 1987 Bayliner Capri I/O 2.3L OMC Ford Just tuned up with new starter, new impeller, new thermostat, new bilge pump, New battery. It Comes with fish/depth finder, Bimini top (good condition), life jacket, ski jacket, AM/FM/CD player, bumper buoys, fire extinguisher, throw cushion. Trailer: 1987 Calki 19 FOOT; which is an all galvanized 19-foot trailer with no rust to include all new wheel hub assemblies, new wench, new trailer lights, and a spare tire. History: I have had this boat about a year. Just renewed the registration last couple months. I have spent a lot of time and money making this a smooth running boat until a couple of months ago, I noticed some oil beneath the engine. I started feeling around the oil pan and noticed a small hole has rusted through leaking all the oil out of the engine. I included a picture of the rusted hole on the oil pan, but the angle was hard to take a picture of but I did my best. It is a job that 6 months ago, I would have tried, but I didn't have nearly enough time for the project. The boat ran great a few months ago, when it still held oil, it didn't run, but since then I scraped around the couch, save a little money, and the courage to get it started again.Since then, I have spent a lot of time and money, and got it professionally redone by Cal-Kona in Oceanside, California (Got Receipts), replaced the Oil Pan- (pulled out the whole motor) (got previous oil pan), replaced the Starter with a Marine Starter (Funny Story-Previous Owner) (got previous one), replaced an O-ring, Seal, Shift Switch, Oil Pan Gasket, Housing Unit, Water Pump (got previous one), Drive Mount Kit, Gear Lube, Oil Filter, 5 Quarts of Oil, Shop Supplied, Flapper, and Bushing. Then, It was back on the water.Bad: But now, there seems to be a small problem with the compression, I think, but could be wrong, but so what a small maintenance issue for some fun, if your mechanical, it runs, but running out of time, moving, and money...Good: Put oil in it and starter, turns over, but not now, but if your a mechanic, could be a great project boat with tons of extras....- The first couple pictures was when I bought it.....- Then, I wanted to show a glimpse of the maintenance and time that was put into the boat.- The last three pictures are the boat now. Looking sharp and ready.....but in this shape and the extras, this boat is worth the price asking of 1,000 lowered....(Boat Retail Value: 2,800-3,000-4,000), so a steal at this price with a little elbow grease here and there.Other: This is great fishing boat with 3 pole holders, a live well with pump, detached in the pictures. Also, It would be no problem, if your going to buy the boat, we can go the same day and get it registered at Triple AAA in the new buyer's name. (Since being a Triple AAA member)Also, I got both titles in hand and can be transfer over thru Triple AAA in the new buyer's name. (Since being a Triple AAA memberIf Interested, asking 1,000 or best offer. but lowered for quick sale...this boat will be sold as is, as the boat is not running as of right now..........Make a reasonable offer!!! No Low Ballers- Don't want to waste your time and mine!!! But what a steal of a deal for summer fun and lower than the other bayliners posted on craigslist!!!!
