2009 Vision 240 - Electric Power!!! - Galvanized TrailerKinda like a Duffy, just for the upper class!!! Perfect for a cocktail boat, resort escort boat or scenic tours. Quietly cruise all day in this electric boat offered by Vision Boat Works. This 24' boat is powered by an all electric motor (D and D Motors) run by the optional 16 deep cycle marine batteries upgrade. The boat was refit with a brand new motor, all new batteries and chargers in June of 2016!!! This is the perfect boat to take up to 12 guests. Notable Features Included: Remote controlled cockpit cover that lifts up and becomes the shade for your passengers, Fresh water system, Electric head in flip up head compartment, Removable cockpit table, Dedicated wine and wine glass holders, SS anchor bit and roller, Pull out cleats, and Trailer included! There is a diesel generator in the bow that was installed to charge the batteries while underway; however, the generator is not running nor will be. Not sure why it wont start but it does need some sort of service. We have flipped all the switches on the dash and everything worked on the switch panel. The volt meter does not seem to be working. The boat does power up go into forward gear. The shaft is a bit loud and may need to be re-packed or just dropped in the water to be lubricated. There is an air conditioning on board but not sure if it works. This boat is being offered by our company as a used boat and will be sold as is with no warranty. We welcome and encourage ANY inspections or surveys prior to bidding. We want you to know EXACLTY what you are buying before you buy it.
