I am selling my 1976 Patio Cruiser Houseboat. it runs and is live aboard ready tho they do not allow live aboard at the marina it is at now. They allow 4 nights a week. Free Water and Free Electric is the reason i chose the marina i have it at now and also the best fishing. I take it out fishing a few times a week and i love it. I have driven it everywhere from Sacramento river all around the delta, San Francisco(yes across bay waters), Richmond, Oakland, Benicia, Vallejo, and also up the Napa River. Currently at Suisun City Marina in the Bay Area. Slip is transferable.* Plumbing works
