44ft narrow boat cruiser stern for sale situated in March, Cambridgeshire.This boat has a steel hull and fibreglass roof, it is very light and easy to steer whilst driving.It has a 3 cylinder lister engine in good working order, 1 x starter battery (new as of 07/2016) and 1 x leisure battery new(as of the end of 2015) and 4 x solar panels on the roof.It has 2 x gas tanks on the rear supplying the gas cooker and paloma boiler in the kitchen.The WC has a shower with a pump for disposal, a corner sink and a cassette toilet.The living area consists of 1 x 3 person settee which folds out to a double on the bottom and a single suspended above ideal for little-uns with storage underneath, there is a corner unit for the tv, a 5/6 kilowatt multi fuel burner at the other end of the living room new as of 2016 with 5" double skin flue making it safer for passing by and there is a built in shelves opposite which is perfect for keeping your clothes dry in the winter.The bedroom has a large double bed at the end of the boat which has two 100 ltr tanks underneath and two side tables, located at the foot of the bed is an escape hatch.The boat has just passed its boat safety as of 06/2016This boat is being sold as a project boat everything works so can be used as a live aboard.
