This is a nice comfortable 12 foot boat for you and your mate fishing with plenty of room for your gear, or there is also space to throw in a couple of extra family members. The marine carpet on the flat flooring in this boat makes it safe and easy to move about in or to stand and cast among the snags. The boat has a new 12 volt lead acid re-chargeable battery to operate the Garmin color fish finder or the anchor light & bilge pump from separate switches, there is a movable side shelf which is good for storing your bits and pieces, an anchor with rope and a fire extinguisher. There are two fold down padded swivel seats making the long wait for your fish dinner easy on the rear end. There are rod holders for storage and fishing (the rods in the pictures are not part of the sale). Included are two new telescopic paddles and two adult life jackets. This boat is very stable, it is 1.5m wide so it sits very well in the water but will also handle a bit of chop if necessary. There is a storage area with hatch in the front of the boat so you can store your gear, this makes it a fast getaway when you get a chance enjoy yourself on the water. All flooring is marine ply. The boat has no leaks or repairs.The motor is a 15hp two stroke short shaft 2001 model Mercury Mariner that I have just purchased, sold & freshly serviced by Warragul Marine Centre. The outboard has been very well looked after. It is an American built motor with the forward and reverse gear change built into the tiller arm. This means you can go from forward to reverse changing gears easily without taking your eyes off the snags or other obstacles in the water. This motor powers the boat along so you can get to your favorite spots quickly without wasting your valuable recreation time and is built for the fisherman with three different trolling heights to allow you to operate in very shallow water safely. The fuel tank is 24lt so you can enjoy many hours of economical use.The painted steel trailer is in very good condition with the bearings, tyres and mudguards being replaced in the last 6 months. It is ready to tow any distance and place in your garage.The trailer has a spare wheel and a new fold up jockey wheel fitted. The jockey wheel allows one person to simply move the boat around in tight spots in the yard and it has a 7 pin flat plug fitted with L.E.D lights. There is some surface rust on the axle and springs of the trailer - all normal from use and easily wire brushed away - cosmetic only. The boat and trailer are registered to 24th April 2017. Transfer of registration is easy, currently $24 and I will fill in all the paperwork to allow you to just pop into VicRoads and transfer into your name, no appointments are necessary and you don't need to take the boat or trailer with you. This boat would readily suit a first boat buyer, an experienced angler or someone who is looking to get a good boat package that is safe for the family and can be launched and retrieved by one person.
