Leisure 23SL with 10ft tender & outboardHere we have my Leisure 23SL built in 1986. I have owned the boat for the past two years but am now giving up sailing as I'm getting on a bit and am now looking for a motor cruiser. She is afloat at Kielder Yacht Club Northumberland on a deep water mooring. If you want to keep and sail at Kielder which you are welcome to do, you will need to join the yacht club. The fees for the club are £220 a year April to April for a family and children under 18 and the mooring fees are £420 pa or of course you can move her away, You can find out more about Kielder Yacht Club on their website so very reasonable for all year round sailing in beautiful surroundings. She has her original gel coat on both hull and decks with five berths and standing headroom below. Recently fitted for single handed sailing with main and genoa in reasonable condition. She has a roller furling foresail with an electric start 9.9 Johnson outboard with remotes which pushes her along nicely. A brand new leisure battery has just been fitted with a solar panel trickle charger to keep the battery topped up. I am also including a 10ft fibre glass tender with a 2.2 outboard as seen in last photo but not the tenders trailer. The tender is kept in the tender park at the yacht club ready for use. There is a two burner gimbled gas stove with full cylinder and a portaloo in a seperate heads. The canopy and mainsail cover are in good condition and there is also a cockpit tent with ridge beam that I have never used. All warps, fenders, anchor etc are included and a four wheel trailer as seen in first photo. She can be left on the water all year or she can be hauled out in October and Re-launched in April without charge as this is part of the membership. All in all a clean tidy good looking roomy family sailing cruiser with extras at a reasonable price. Viewing welcome by appointment but please no time wasters as it takes me an hour to get there. If you wish to purchase a deposit of £250 on the day and the balance either in cash or bank transfer within 7 days.Would consider exchange for a sports motor cruiser or tidy cabin cruiser of similar size.Thank you for looking
