94 Houseboat Tri-toon, party barge. Great weekender! Marine Tracker. 32ft, Mercury outboard motor starts every time, no hesitation. I've taken this pontoon out on lake every weekend this summer and spend all weekend in it. These pics on the lake were taken 7/23/2016. (Selling to buy a house). All appliances/lights are both 12v or Electric, shore plug and marine extension cord included. Electric Heat/Air, Generator, Electric 2 burner top range with cover, refrigerator, shower, camode, sink, bed /couch, table, microwave, all work properly.Top floor is in good condition, kids jump off top into water. Seats are newly re- upholstered, no rips or tears or stains. Generator needs little maintenance, it works but needs kit to remove residue in lines. NO TRAILER, but that also means no sales tax. You can rent a trailer to move to new location or keep this slip, if desired. This houseboat/party barge has been kept in a covered slip at marina at Heber springs, AR, for 3 years.See the NADA Guide Price Report picture showing average value from $11,500 - $16,095 in good condition and mechanically sound running condition, which it is, and this price reflects without a trailer.Thank you for looking.
