Selling my sailboat, just don't have time to sail. Wife wants it off driveway, so she can park her car.I bought this in 2009 as a project. I have rebuilt the keel, replaced bulkheads, changed the rigging with new(standing and running), gave her a coat of paint, top and bottom and a barrier coat. Replaced lifelines and reset stanchions. Built new rudder and tiller. Cleaned all the stainless and replaced the teak with Mahogany. She comes with a full compliment of sails Main, Jib, Genoa, and Spinnaker. The sails I felt needed attention went to North Sails for repair. Included is a Chrysler 9.9hp, I gave it a minor tune-up and clanged grease and seals, it runs good for being an old motor. It also includes a lot of other stuff such as lifejackets and extra lines, fenders, misc. stuff What she needs, the interior cushions recovered( I have most of them) I have the fabric, it's going to be included, a good cleaning, and the brightwork sanded and revarnished before winter. You'll need to put the sink back in I rebuilt the cabinet just haven't got around to installing it, I was too busy sailing to think about it.She will float in less than a foot of water so launching is real easy. I have a gib pole I built to raise mast, makes it so 1 person can raise mast and rig boat.Trailer looks ruff but I haven't had any trouble and it tows really well, new tires and 2 spares come with it. doesn't have lights on it but I have a set that I will include.Oh and she sails very well, points well. I will miss her.Feel free to ask questions.
