It’s All in the DetailsThe Tracker 175 TXW has been lengthened by five inches, making it 17’ 8” long. The beam dimension has also been increased by six inches to 89 inches, and the resulting 60” wide bottom is sure to provide additional stability for a party of up to four fishermen. This is an all-welded aluminum boat, featuring the trademarked “Revolution” hull with the “Smooth Ride Guarantee.” The all-aluminum set-back transom and longitudinal stringer system provide a strong and reliable boat that will provide quality fishing for years to come. The fishing platforms are raised, and there is a fold-down chair, of course, both fore and aft. Each one is surrounded by a bunch of storage compartments, making maximum use of all the boat’s interior space. Under the expansive foredeck you’ll find a 7 foot rod locker in the center with another dry locker to port and a nested 25-quart cooler to starboard. The rod lockers are carpet lined and fitted with locks, so your expensive gear will be safe and comfy. Speaking of carpeting, the deck is finished in marine grade, sun and stain resistant cut-pile stuff, but you can opt out of the carpeting, if you prefer. You’ll find tackle tray storage bins, complete with tackle trays under the aft platform. An additional storage compartment is found flanking the opposite side of the fishing chair.Another item that you can’t do without is a livewell. The 175 has got one, built right in under the aft deck. It’s divided, aerated, and it has a pump-out feature so you won’t have to rush back to the scales, whether you’re keeping or releasing your catch. When it’s time to head out to your favorite spot, the full-beam, three-across seating offers a comfortable ride for you and your crew. A convenient storage compartment is located underneath the center seat and the back folds down as a step for aft deck access. They also fitted a couple of beverage holders so a cold drink is right alongside you. The sturdy fiberglass console is fitted with a curved, tinted plexiglass windscreen. A full array of flush-mounted, automotive-type analog engine instruments surrounds a stylish wheel. Toggle switches are mounted on either side of the wheel, right at the pilot’s fingertips and, to make things complete, a Lowrance X37 sonar unit with surface temperature readout is standard equipment. Once you’ve found the fish you’ll need help sneaking up on ‘em. The guys at Tracker have thought of that, too. They’ve included a bow-mounted MotorGuide 12-volt trolling motor. It features foot control and 46 pounds of thrust. It’s got a dedicated plug-in on the bow, and a battery and an on-board charger are included as part of the deal. Stowable navigation lights, a 500 gph bilge pump and a battery monitor round out the electrical equipment list.
Top speed for the Tracker Pro Team 175 TXW is 41.8 mph (67.3 kph), burning 9.9 gallons per hour (gph) or 37.47 liters per hour (lph).Best cruise for the Tracker Pro Team 175 TXW is 25.8 mph (41.5 kph), and the boat gets 5.15 miles per gallon (mpg) or 2.19 kilometers per liter (kpl), giving the boat a cruising range of 97 miles (156.11 kilometers).
