FOR SALE, Chiltern is a 1974, 57ft dartline, i've owend this boat for 6 years and used it as a second home, (mainly for the kids) i'm the 3rd owner, it is registerd as a houseboat so has no engine (propellor and propshaft still fitted), the hull is in good condition, never welded and doesn't need any, (survey beginning of last year) I bare metaled the hull in drydock, blacked and 6 new annodes were fitted, inside the huge grp 43ft cabin is all open plan except the bathroom and storage cupboards, new 240v sockets throughout, armoured cable and fusebox, remote LED lighting, over 2 years safety certificate left, 12v is there but will needs attention, 240v hot water boiler needs plumbing in, Morse Squirrel woodburning stove and 3 x 240v tube heaters, no gas on board (never needed it), would suit diy person, could do with some woodwork inside (mainly the wooden floor) cabin needs painting, but as ive said it is a project, easily liveable as it is, viewings most welcome, boat is located on the Nene near Woodford, does not come with mooring but other moorings poss available, any questions or to arrange viewing please call Mark on 07842635307, boat is advertised elsewhere..
