My 1973 Tanzer 28 must go I'm stuck working in Texas and no time to work on the boat. I moved the boat from Titusville to Saint Petersburg last fall and back to Merritt Island this spring, Mostly motoring the intracoastal waterway the motor runs great. I found a ant or termite nest while moving the boat back to the east coast. I sprayed and they appear to be dead and gone. But they left soft spots in the cabin roof that need to be repaired. I would cut out the cabin ceiling to do the repair.t The sails are fair main and  genoa on the boat. the fridge was new last fall and the compass this spring. The boat is at Harbor Town marina B dock second from the last on the east side Odyssey New running rigging 2015 and sieves  on top of the mast spreader bar lights and wire. the lights still need to be hooked up. I well answer ? I am in Texas the dock is paid until the end of August.
