Sadler Sewych 19ft 4 Berth Sailing YachtRefurbished before launch in April 2016The boat underwent a full refurbishment throughout the winter including but not limited to:Full strip back inside and outAll timber locker covers replaced with polycarbonate replacements. All cushions stripped, cleaned, repairedAll interior lined with thick, hardwearing, 4 way stretch carpet (not the 99p m2 from the local carpet shop which most boat owners seem to favor!) This is the stuff used in high end camper van conversions. The hull was taken as far back as viable - Then treated with 4 coats of epoxy primer, 2 coats of High Build Primer, 3 coats of 2 Pack top coat (I have plenty of this left for touch ups)The windows were then replaced with 4mm Polycarbonate. NOT Acrylic / perspex which can shatter/graze!! Riot sheilds are made from polycarbonate! The whole boat has been rewired with the additions of - 20w Solar Panel, Solar Controller, Nasa Battery Monitor, Leisure Battery, 8 Gang Switch Panel, 4 x Interior LED lights (can be independantly switched) 3 x Exterior Navigation Lights, 2 x 1a USB sockets 2 x 2.1a USB Sockets 1 x 12v Power supply for cool box etc, A Nasa Duet depth & speed display mounted within the cockpit. Still to install in an electric water pump/tap for the sink. All rigging dismantled and reassembled by a professional rigging expert - replacing anything that would be needing attention within the next few sailing seasons.Included with the boat in addtion to the aformentioned:Main SailFore Sail4 x Brand New Fenders in BlackPorta Potty within Fore Locker50L Water TankAmple Storage Inside & OutSections Of Warps / RopesAnchor4HP Mariner 2 Stroke Outboard (done 2hrs since full service)The boat is currently moored at the North end of Ullswater - Ideal for the M6 and Local amenitiesThe mooring is on loan from a friend and therefore will not be included in the sale - You are welcome to leave the boat there after purchase for an amount of time to be agreed before the end of the auction. However after this time the boat will need to either be moved to another mooring or off the water. I have contacts for people at neary every mooring location on the lake prices range from £350 - £1500 per annum and in my experiance the cheaper one are actually the better ones!!The boat comes with a very stable trailer - has covered 100ish Miles in my ownership. Tows very well. Could probably do with tyres being replaced if you intend to use the trailer on a regular basis (most people only use them to get the boat on/off the water)I have contacts for storage for the boat in winter / trailer in summer.I must be honest and point out the negitives - Not that there really are any!The deck of this boat is in excess of 40 years old. It has scratches, marks, etc. You do not want to start painting a GRP deck!! It will eat up hours and hours of maintenance each year to keep it looking 'fresh' much better to live with it - This is pocket money sailing afterall! The fore hatch could do with a lick of paint and a bead of silicone! It's currently blue! There are 2 locks supplied but not fitted to the external lockers. The mainsail needs slidders fitted - very easy & cheap job.The sink requires the brand new electric tap fitted. There will be some slight marks to the paint with moving and launching.Still the freshest looking boat on the lake!!I have poured my heart, soul & wallet in to this project!! But the simple fact is due to self employment, kids that are just too young at the moment & an upcoming wedding to a lady who dislikes the water - It simply isn't being used!! I know I'll regret this sale once the kids are old enough to enjoy it!!The boat is not for sale for financial reasons - Would just like to see it getting used.Sale will fund: Another boat project (speedboat maybe) Van, Car, Bike, Rolex Watch, Jewelry Etc Etc (lets face it what is the £ worth these days!!!)Inbox me with offers or call 07956445875Kicking off a 10 day action with no reserve - winning bidder to pay 10% via paypal with 1 HOURDeal to be completed within 7 days!
